Before we plan any structure to be built in any environment, we have to start this process which is in our culture to carry out proper site investigation in order to ascertain the condition of the environment whereupon we shall build the structure.
The first investigation is to confirm the survey plan with the client to ensure that the boundary stakes are in check.
Also, we shall carryout proper soil investigation to determine the insitu conditions of the soil property. The result will show the soil stress or bearing capacity. This will equally help to determine the type of foundation design. In extreme cases of poor result we shall carryout deep investigation.
We also ensure that there is evidence of proper thoroughfare for procurement of materials for the building construction. These and more we shall check before planning the structure to be built.
